Director of Rugby at Newport Gwent Dragons Lyn Jones visited the school on Monday 3rd November to meet and work with some of the schools Year 11 Boys. The boys were carefully selected to part of this exciting new mentoring program run by male staff in the school. Lyn spoke with the boys about aspirations, goal setting, resilience, motivation and the importance of exams. The boys were outstanding and represented the school extremely well. All boys will now commence a one to one mentoring program, with the male mentor they have been allocated. Lyn will come back to visit the boys early next year to see how each of them is progressing.
