Congratulations to Lara Goodson from Year 9 who took first place on the vault in the Welsh Intermediate Gymnastics Championships 2014 in Cardiff last weekend.

Lara is a keen gymnast who volunteers as a gymnastics coach  at RSD Cheer and Gymnastics  in Treforest.

Lara said, "I would really like to be able to compete in the Commonwealth Games one day."
