In November, 10 year 9 pupils attended a challenge day organised by the RCT MAT group. The day provided pupils with the opportunity to work alongside MAT pupils from other schools. The activities that took place were: 

• Reading a Painting (provided by Cardiff Museum),
• Techniquest challenge
• Understanding Latin
• What Makes a Good Public Speaker?

The event was held at the University of South Wales. The event was a positive experience and the pupils are eager to attend future workshops.
