Advice on scrummaging, tackling and competitive natures were discussed. Paige has only been playing rugby for a short space of time, but has already impressed the School of Hard Knocks project, particularly El Snowsill who organised the day.

Paige was really nervous, meeting Sarah, but it soon became obvious that they shared a lot in common. The advice she gave Paige will certainly help her develop into an even better player.

Paige said, “I really enjoyed the day, meeting Sarah was a dream come true. We’re going to keep in touch, I liked listening to all her rugby stories and the fact that we have a lot in common really helped. I’d just like to say a big thank you to Sarah, El and Stacey. “
