Brecon Beacons - Snow!

Pupils from year 7 and 8 enjoyed a snowy walk in the Brecon Beacons on Tuesday 5th January. The covering of snow above 500m made the mountains look particularly spectacular and the sunshine was an added bonus. Krzvsziof Plaza, Shelby Jones, Tanwa Hasachai and Mitchell Evans walked to the trig point on Fan Frynach (629m above sea level) near the beautiful crags of Craig Cerrig Gleisiad. There was a bitterly cold wind blowing so we had to keep moving to keep warm. Well done to the pupils and thank you to Mr. Goronow for coming along and enabling the trip to go ahead.
