In December 2015 the Business & Enterprise Department took it's More Able & Talented pupils to Merthyr Tydfil's outdoor Christmas Market. Three groups of Year 10 and 11 pupils raised money to create three stalls, selling a range of items from hand-made reindeer and ornaments, to candles and sweets, making money for themselves and for various charities. Amy Davies, Year 13, who helped to mentor the pupils said, "It was lovely to see the younger pupils develop their entrepreneurial skills".
