Mr Ally said "I am sure those that teach/know Jess would agree that she is one of the kindest, most polite pupils in the school. This year, Jess’s family have been through a great deal. Jess had to take some time off to look after her Mum just before the exam period began, but persevered through this admirably and showed a maturity and tenacity beyond her years to attend revision and exams. What’s more impressive is that she did this with no fuss and always had a smile on her face. Jess was always thankful for the support, but often took responsibility for things herself and is a great example and role model to her peers."

Jessica initially wanted to attend college, but has now expressed an interest in staying on for 6th form- she is an inspirational young lady and great asset to the school. A truly deserving recipient of this award.
