Dafydd Jones, a past pupil at Pontypridd High School, has launched his own app to prevent Londoners from missing their stops on the Tube.

Dafydd launched his app, called Doze, at a special event in Covent Garden, London, with the Mayor of London in attendance. 

The app works by notifying users who may be asleep or distracted that they need to get off just before reaching their designated stops on the underground. 

The school is very proud that you have followed your passion for technology in which you showed remarkable skills while you were at school. Well done Dafydd!
