At lunchtime Wednesday and Friday as part of FAIRTRADE FORTNIGHT there will be a couple of highly prestigious events...

There will be a cake sale (using Fair Trade products), competitions and face painting. This is all taking place in the hall.

The money raised from these sales will go back into the Fairtrade Committee which is now under the umbrella of Eco-Schools. We are hoping to raise money to support our current recycling campaign, promoting correct and more efficient use of school recycling facilities. In addition, the uniform and book recycling project desperately requires a couple of clothes rails, so if you are able to help with this we would be extremely grateful.

The bigger picture is to make our school a more ecologically sound environment and to enhance our Fairtrade and Eco-School Status.
