 A raising awareness event about safety on the school buses was held this morning in school. The event was organised by the School Council who put together a short film to inform pupils about the consequences of poor behaviour on the buses. They also invited Gwyneth Elliot, Senior Principal Transport Officer, who gave a presentation and Bob Young, one of the drivers from Creigiau Travel, who was on hand to give advice to the pupils about any concerns they might have.
It is vitally important that good behaviour and respect are shown during the bus journey to and from school and we urge you to think about the consequences to everyone should an incident occur.

  Pontypridd High School would like to welcome James Page and Alexandra Middlemiss to their new roles as Head Boy and Head Girl. This is a very important position to hold within the school as they will be role models to each pupil and will lead many important activities. Part of the role will also be to lead the School Council.
